Your participation cycle runs from your membership start (or renewal) date to your next membership anniversary. As qualifying events happen, your attendance total and percentage update automatically.
Qualifying Events
ANIV admins mark certain events as qualifying for participation rewards. Only events that occur during your active membership cycle and where you have a confirmed check-in count toward your attendance.
Live Progress
My ANIV shows your progress in real time:"You've attended 5 of 7 qualifying ANIV events this membership year — 71%."As new qualifying events happen, the total and percentage update automatically.
Attendance Reward Levels
Rewards are issued at the end of your membership-year cycle, once you've attended at least 4 qualifying events. All thresholds, reward amounts, and validity periods are configurable by ANIV admins.

70%–89% attendance
25% Off
Extra 25% off one future eligible paid event
90%–100% attendance

Volunteer Milestone Rewards
Volunteers receive free admission to the event they serve at, where applicable. Verified completed shifts also earn milestone rewards — separate from attendance rewards.

How Rewards Work at Checkout
Your normal member pricing is separate
Active members already get a discount on eligible events. Your participation reward is an additional discount on top — it never replaces your member pricing.
Rewards are applied to the member price
At checkout, the normal member price is calculated first, then your participation reward is applied to that member price. You'll see the public price, member saving, participation reward, and final price clearly.
Rewards are personal and single-use
Each reward code is personal to you, single-use, and non-transferable. It can only be used for events marked as eligible for reward redemption.
Safe payment handling
Your reward is only marked as redeemed after successful payment. If payment fails, expires, or is refunded, the reward is automatically restored.
Check-in and volunteer completion must be confirmed
Credits and rewards are only earned after your event check-in is confirmed by an admin or your volunteer shift is verified. Simply registering doesn't count.
